Office Hours and Contact Information:

-Monday thru Thursday, 8:30-4:00; Friday, 8:30-3:00

-We furnish all cleaning supplies. If there are specific items of consideration, such as allergies to cleaning products, we will discuss at consultation and include in your cleaning regimen. 


-We accept various forms of payment: Cash, Check, and all major Credit Cards.

-Our Credit Card processor is integrated with our scheduling software. Once your card is on file, we will charge it after each individual cleaning session.

Bonded and Insured:

-While not often, accidents do sometimes happen. You will be made aware of any issues and will work with you to remedy the situation.

ETA Explanation:

-We will provide you with an estimated time of arrival. We will always do our best to arrive at your home or office during that window occasionally, things come up (traffic, weather). Cornerstone Cleaning will contact you if this happens. 

Inclement Weather:

-In the event of bad weather, Cornerstone Cleaning will send phone, text, and e-mail messages to clients, as well as post on our website and Facebook page announcing any closings or delays.

Lockout Fee:

-Cornerstone Cleaning reserves the right to bill you in full in the event that we are not able to enter your home or office for your scheduled cleaning.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees:

-If you cancel or reschedule any Cornerstone Cleaning service prior to 5:00 PM, Thursday evening, prior to the next week’s scheduled service, there is no cancellation fee or additional fee to reschedule.

-Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to appointment will be charged to you in full.

-If you cancel at any other time you will incur a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $80.00. We will waive the fees only for the first incident to insure you understand the policy.
