Consultations

We look forward to meeting you to discuss your cleaning needs. Consultations, which typically take about 20 minutes, can be setup in a matter of minutes for a day and time that is convenient for you. While you provide us with a tour of your home or office, we will discuss our services. After determining your cleaning regiment, we will agree on pricing and put you on our calendar.

Supplies

We furnish all cleaning supplies. If there are specific items of consideration, such as allergies to cleaning products, we will discuss at consultation and include in your cleaning regimen. We are focused on green products.

Pricing

There are a number of factors that comprise the cost of a cleaning (i.e. day, frequency, # of individuals, pets, and rooms). Once we learn more about what you are looking for from our service, we can then provide you with a rate tailored specifically for you.

Payment

We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, or electronic payments. Payment is due in full at the time of service. Cornerstone Cleaning can bill you a fee if your check is returned.

ETA

Please note that we provide you with an estimated time of arrival. We will always do our best to arrive at your home or office during that window; occasionally, things come up (traffic, weather) and we will be unable to arrive as originally anticipated. Cornerstone Cleaning will make every effort to contact you if this happens.

Rescheduling

If there is a need to reschedule your cleaning, please contact us as soon as possible. A fee could apply for services that are rescheduled or cancelled. Cornerstone Cleaning reserves the right to bill you in the event that we are not able to enter your home or office for your scheduled cleaning.

Inclement Weather

In the event of bad weather, Cornerstone Cleaning will send phone, text, and e-mail messages to clients, as well as post on our website and Facebook page announcing any closings or delays.
